System X ceramic and hydrophobic coatings

We are a certified applicator of ceramic and hydrophobic coatings of the System X brand, developed by the American laboratory Element 119, which was one of the first laboratories to use SiO2 technology and has become a leader in the innovation and improvement of ceramic and hydrophobic coating technology. The brand's portfolio includes products addressed to the marine market, which, in addition to paint protection, are used to protect laminate surfaces.

Naszą wielką pasją obok lotnictwa jest jachting. Analogicznie do statków powietrznych, na jednostki pływające działają negatywne czynniki takie jak wilgoć, sól, mikroorganizmy, promieniowanie UV oraz uszkodzenia mechaniczne. Skracają one żywotność, obniżają wartość i zmuszają do kosztownych napraw. Oferowane przez nas usługi skutecznie odnowią i zabezpieczą zewnętrzne i wewnętrzne powierzchnie jachtów żaglowych i motorowych oraz skuterów wodnych, umożliwią szybką i nieinwazyjną zmianę koloru oraz wystroju wnętrza.

Polerowanie

Wykonujemy wieloetapowe polerowanie laminatu oraz lakieru. W przypadku mocno zniszczonych powierzchni wykonujemy również szlifowanie w systemie na sucho lub mokro. Bezpieczny, dostosowany do danej jednostki proces umożliwia usunięcie oksydacji i zmatowień powstałych przez promieniowanie UV, rys, hologramów oraz pozostałych zanieczyszczeń. Przywraca właściwy wygląd, szklistość oraz kolor. Polerowanie jest także niezbędnym elementem poprzedzającym aplikację powłoki ceramicznej.

Posiadamy certyfikat Flex Detailing Academy oraz Akademii Detailingu potwierdzający naszą wiedzę i umiejętności wykonywania renowacji przy pomocy zaawansowanych rotacyjnych systemów korekty lakieru.

Powłoka ceramiczna

Na jednostki pływające, podobnie jak na statki powietrzne,  szczególnie negatywnie  wpływają promienie UV. Powłoka ceramiczna w znaczący sposób hamuje proces oksydacji i matowienia spowodowany przez promieniowanie. Powłoka chroni laminat oraz powierzchnie lakierowane przed szkodliwym działaniem soli oraz innych czynników powodujących zanieczyszczenie i zużycie. Zwiększając twardość powierzchni chroni przed mikro zarysowaniami. W codziennym użytkowaniu wysoka hydrofobowość powłoki pomaga w utrzymaniu czystości. Na zabezpieczonych powierzchniach brud osadza się mniej intensywnie, i jest dużo łatwiejszy do usunięcia. Dodatkowo, powłoka ceramiczna zwiększa połysk,  intensywność oraz głębię koloru.

Zabezpieczenie szyb powłoką hydrofobową

Polerujemy i zabezpieczamy szyby silnie hydrofobową powłoką System X Glass, która tworzy niewidzialną cienką warstwę ochronną, która ułatwia utrzymanie czystość i przejrzystość. Dodatkowo powłoka chroni przed mikrozarysowaniami.

Czyszczenie i  zabezpieczenie wnętrza powłoką hydrofobową

Czyścimy i zabezpieczamy wnętrza jachtów opartą na nanotechnologii powłoką hydrofobową. Zabezpiecza ona wykładziny, fotele i kanapy skórzane lub materiałowe,  powierzchnie lakierowane oraz pozostałe elementy wyposażenia. Dzięki silnym właściwościom hydrofobowym, powłoka odpycha ciecze, minimalizując ryzyko przebarwień. Ponadto, przy materiałach o otwartej strukturze, takich jak dywany czy wykładziny, powłoka pozwala im oddychać, nie powoduje, że stają się sztywne, zachowując ich naturalne właściwości i wygląd.

Czyszczenie i zabezpieczenie drewna

Bezpiecznie i skutecznie czyścimy pokłady teakowe oraz wszelkiego rodzaju drewniane elementy wyposażenia. Stosujemy wysokiej jakości środki zabezpieczające, sealery oraz powłoki hydrofobowe zapewniające skuteczną ochronę przed zanieczyszczeniami, szkodliwym działaniem promieni UV oraz rozwojem pleśni.

Czyszczenie elementów metalowych

Czyścimy, polerujemy i konserwujemy. Usuwamy rdzę nalotową, oznaki utleniania oraz wszelkiego rodzaju zabrudzenia występujące na elementach i okuciach wykonanych ze stali nierdzewnej, masztach i bomach z aluminium, oraz elementach z mosiądzu, brązu i miedzi.

Yachting is our great passion as well as aviation. Like aircrafts, watercrafts are negatively affected by humidity, salt, microorganisma, UV radiation and mechanical damage. They reduce the lifespan, decrease the value and cause expensive rapairs. Offered services will effectively restore and protect the exterior and interior surfaces of sailing and motor yachts and jet skis, enabling quick and non-invasive change of color or interior design.

Polishing

We perform multi-step polishing of laminate and paintwork. For heavily damaged surfaces, we also perform dry or wet sanding. This safe, customized process allows us to remove oxidation and tarnishing caused by UV radiation, scratches, holograms and other contaminations. It restores the appearance, glossiness and color. Polishing is also an indispensable element preceding the application of a ceramic coating.
We are certified by the Flex Detailing Academy and the Academy of Detailing, confirming our knowledge and skills in performing renovation with advanced rotary polishing systems.

Ceramic coating

Watercrafts, just like aircrafts, are especially negatively affected by UV rays. Ceramic coating significantly inhibits oxidation and tarnishing caused by UV radiation. The coating protects the laminate and painted surfaces from the damaging effects of salt and other factors that cause contamination and wear. By increasing the hardness of the surface, it protects against micro scratches. In daily use, the high hydrophobicity of the coating helps in maintaining cleanliness. Dirt settles less intensively on protected surfaces, and is much easier to remove. In addition, the ceramic coating increases the gloss, intensity and depth of color.

Protecting windshields with hydrophobic coating

We polish and protect windshields with a highly hydrophobic System X Glass coating, which creates an invisible thin protective layer that makes it easier to maintain cleanliness and clarity. In addition, the coating protects against micro-scratches.

Cleaning and protecting the interior with hydrophobic coating

We clean and protect yachts interior with a nanotechnology-based hydrophobic coating. It protects carpets, leather or fabric seats and couches, painted surfaces and other equipment. Thanks to its strong hydrophobic properties, the coating repels liquids, minimizing the risk of discoloration. In addition, with open-textured materials, such as carpets, the coating allows them to breathe and does not make them stiff, preserving their natural properties and appearance.

Wood cleaning and protection

We safely and effectively clean teak decks and all kinds of wooden elements. We use high-quality protectants, sealers and hydrophobic coatings to provide effective protection against dirt, harmful UV rays and mold and fungal growth.

Metal elements cleaning

We clean, polish and protect various types of metal. We remove rust, signs of oxidation and all kinds of contaminations occurring on parts and accessories made of stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze and copper.

Wrapping with vinyl films and protective PPF films

The use of vinyl films can be an excellent alternative to conventional painting methods. The use of wrapping saves time and reduces costs. The advantage is clean and quiet application and increased UV resistance. In addition, it is possible to put any graphic, logo or photo on the film. We carry out projects of color change and application of decorative stripes, registration numbers and names.

We also protect surfaces with clear protective PPF films.

Architectural laminates

Innovative textured architectural laminates, are an excellent alternative to traditional interior design and renovation methods. The 5-layer self-adhesive laminate with three-dimensional texture, available in more than 1,000 patterns, from several groups, such as wood, metal, leather, stone or carbon fiber, makes it possible to quickly and non-invasively change or renovate the interior surfaces of a yacht or motorboat. The laminates we offer are IMO certified, and have the necessary fire certifications. They are characterized by high resistance to water, dirt and chemical action of cleaning and disinfecting agents.

MacGlide antifouling film

MacGlide antifouling film, thanks to its anti-adhesion properties, prevents the colonization of microorganisms in the same way as paint, but without the harmful spread of toxic substances. In addition, it has self-cleaning properties. MacGlide is an innovative solution that allows you to sail responsibly in clean waters while reducing costs.
We are the only licensed applicator of MacGlide products in Poland. We perform a comprehensive service including proper surface preparation and film application.
